Dry Film Coatings

Austin Hayes provide dry film coatings for a variety of requirements. We offer phosphate coatings using a phosphate bath, additionally we offer a variety of incredibly thin dry-film coatings to provide lubrication or non-stick solutions.

Our range of dry film lubricants provide friction control in situations when liquid lubricants are impractical or would fail. Reducing running and maintenance costs by reducing wear, heat generation and galling on components, decreasing machine downtime and operational limitations.
