Spray Painting
Austin Hayes provide up to 4 coat epoxy paint systems to metal equipment that operates in extreme conditions, protecting against, amongst others, corrosion, erosion and environmental deterioration.
We use a variety of spray methods, including air-assisted, electrostatic, conventional and airless meaning we can apply any spray coating system, working to our clients’ specifications, to achieve the results they require. In accordance with our environmental commitments we use water wash spray booths where possible to minimise contamination. In addition, we also use moving paint lines with ovens for one coat systems.
We are approved to work to specific systems such as Norsok and all of our sprayers are trained to Icorr and NACE accreditation, providing our customers with total assurance that any coating work will be carried out on budget, on time, and to the full satisfaction of visiting inspectors and clients.
